Good quality, comes with spare o-rings
Accurate flow, good quality. I'm a retired EMT and still carry a trauma kit and O2 in my truck "just in case". I'm also a scuba diver and rely on my equipment to stay alive. The last thing I want is to need my O2 and have a problem with the regulator. I bought this as a spare', but it is actually nicer than the one on my current setup. It comes with a bottle wrench, spare o-rings, and two swivel supply line barbed connectors. I check it against my other reg and the flow settings matched. Adjusts from 0 to 25 liters per minute.

No leaks
Good basic oxygen regulator. I tested it on my E-tank and it didn't leak at all, even at higher flow rates. It comes on and off smoothly.
Note that the span of the regulator is a big smaller than the one that my oxygen company provides (the dark green upper one in the comparison picture). The units weigh about the same but the Kokand doesn't stick out as much. The oxygen tube lies pretty much next to the tank, which is fine for an E-tank but might be a problem if you use a type that is wider.
The regulator comes with a standard plastic key, 2 tube connectors, and several extra washers (hugely useful because they're easy to lose). All in all, a very functional little device.

Quality product. Includes extras.
I use my Vine access to create informative reviews. It is my honest, uncompensated opinion.
Well machined, low profile O2 regulator. Comes complete with tank key, extra seals and 2 barbed tubing connectors. The yoke screw is rubber coated, which may not seem like an important factor, but I am a ski patroller and use oxygen cylinders out in the freezing cold, and I don't like to touch metal with my hands, so this is a clear bonus feature for me and other first responders.
The second stage regulator dial moves smoothly. The pressure gauge is accurate on repeated pressure measurements and as compared to other regulators.
Definitely an "I would purchase this item again" selection.

Works Perfectly – Solid, Reliable, and Well-Made
This oxygen regulator works exactly as expected. It fit my jumbo D cylinder with no issues and sealed perfectly—absolutely no leaks. The build quality is solid and dependable, and the gauge is easy to read. I also appreciated the inclusion of extra gaskets and tubing swivel connectors—nice bonus. Everything was packaged well and ready to use right out of the box.
As a career paramedic who has used many different oxygen regulators over the years, I can confidently recommend this one. If you're looking for a reliable, low-cost O2 regulator, this is a great choice.

Looks good, nice accessories.
Its a nice regulator. I love that it comes with replacement washers (now, I have to figure out how not to lose them). Two things to note. First, it comes with the same $1 crappy plastic wrench we have on all of our ambulances. I bought myself a $6 steel wrench, and keep in in my uniform pocket; I recommend you don't rely on the included one.
Second, the advertisement states there are 12 flow rates. This is technically true: 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 15, 20, 25. That's standard on the 0-25 lpm regulators, but the photo listing the flow rates on amazon is for a 0-15 lpm model, and contains rates (1.5 and 5) not on this model.
This does work, and looks like a good, solid product. There are other, less expensive regulators, and if I were spending my own money on this, I would very much consider them.

Oxygen regulator with gauge.
❤️ DESCRIPTION ❤️
I got this oxygen cylinder regular to be used when I’m taking my mom places in my car, so we won’t have to take the one out of her car. My mom is on high-flow oxygen due to COPD and emphysema.
🧡 MATERIAL 🧡
This item is made of metal and it comes with a plastic key for opening the cylinder.
💛 QUALITY 💛
It feels like high quality, and the key it came with feels like good quality too.
💚 SIZE 💚
The size is standard for portable oxygen cylinders.
🩵 FUNCTIONALITY 🩵
The item seems to work as designed. I have no way of measuring how much oxygen is coming through it, but when I compared how hard the one from the medical supply rental company blows in comparison to this one, they feel and sound the same.
💙 PROS 💙
- it’s nice to have a second one so we don’t have to move them back and forth between cars.
- it feels like good quality, and when you consider how much her insurance is probably paying to rent the other one, this one is a good value for the price.
💜 CONS 💜
- the only con isn’t even against the regulator itself, it’s just the fact that I don’t have any way to test whether the numbers are accurate when selecting how many LPM…
🩷 WOULD I RECOMMEND? 🩷
Yes! I love having an extra one.

Solid Build and Works Smoothly
This regulator feels well made. The fittings thread on securely, and the valve action is smooth without sticking. Adjustments are easy to make, and the flow stays steady once set. The gauge is clear and easy to read at a glance.
I’ve tested it a handful of times, and it delivers consistent flow without leaks. The body feels durable, and it has a reassuring weight. It’s obviously not hospital or EMS-grade equipment, but for general use home / office first-aid use it performs as expected and feels like it will hold up well over time.
For the price, it’s a solid and dependable regulator.

Good quality regulator
The quality of this oxygen regulator is really solid. The materials feel sturdy, and it looks like it was built to last. The durability is noticeable right away, and I feel confident it will hold up with regular use. It fits my tank perfectly without any hassle, which makes setup quick and stress free. The gauge is clear and easy to read, and the flow control settings work just as described. Overall, it does the job well and feels reliable.

Good standard regulator.
Seems like a normal regulator. A little smaller and lighter than the ones I'm used to the ambulance, but still fits a D tank. The handle is plastic coated which makes it more comfortable to grip. It has a metal O-ring and comes with extras ones plus an O2 key. For those wondering, the dial goes: 0, 1/2, 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 15, 20, 25. Has a standard nipple connector (no screw-in). Should work just fine for anyone using home O2 or for a personal EMS bag.

Rubberized handle is a keeper!
The rubber coated handle is a super nice touch! I have bruised my fingers more than once installing a regulator with a bare metal handle, but this was so much easier with that little bit of padding, and no bruises! I appreciate that it comes with extra seals. That gives me peace of mind that I won't be caught short. It's also nice that the lowest flow is shown as 1/2 instead of .5 because it's more recognizable at a glance. It functions exactly as expected. The flow is slightly more audible than I'm used to, but once you put the nasal cannula on, it's barely noticeable.
