   Life saving training aid!

   I assist a community center that hosts events from all ages in the surrounding neighborhoods and one of our major topics is always safety, liability and the health of our neighbors and how to help everyone help each other. We wanted to start a group wide CPR training and besides just booking an instructor, we also wanted to have some of our own supplies in house for continued education.

   So we got this kit to help out with that. This way whatever we learn, we will have the ability to regularly practice and hone our skills so they don't fade as quick. This is also going to be used to do comparative training for animal CPR as well. A lot of our members have cats and dogs and also concerned with their furry companions in an emergency.

   So while this is intended for human training, the basics still function and just the mask needs adjusted to ensure a good fit which is still better than nothing and no training. It's not easy to find someone to come out and jnstruct on other species but we have a local vet to help with that and apply what we learn in cpr class to the rest of our resident animals just in case.

   Cpr is such a vital skill to know for some many reasons. Here in Florida drowning and smoke inhalation from forest fires, house fires and controlled burns are some of our top concerns as well as electric shock and roadway trauma. The more people that train to the point of not only having a certificate, but that get comfortable and confident enough to help in a crisis, the better.

   This set is very similar if not identical to what our medic had and what I've seen used in field response by firefighters and paramedics. All the components feel professional and heavy duty. They're easy to use and connect together. And the mask fits most faces very well and the bulb is usable for both kids and adults without issue.

   So the value here it the peace of mind is a no brainer. This is a must have for us. It's well worth it and we may get an additional set so we can even loan one out for those that want to get a training refresher on their own schedule.

   Ready to Resuscitate

   I recently completed a crash course EMT training and decided to get myself an Ambu bag, hopefully with the intention that I never actually have to use it. I showed it to my instructor, who also happens to be my brother, and he said it should work great.

   I really like that it comes in a compact case and is ready to go when needed. I am not entirely sure why it is labeled as a training kit, possibly for liability reasons, but functionally I cannot tell any meaningful difference from what you would expect in a real use scenario.

   Opening and deploying the Ambu bag only takes a second. It does come collapsed, but it is very easy to get it ready for use quickly. Everything feels well made and straightforward.

   Overall, it gives me peace of mind having it on hand. If you are an EMT or involved in emergency response, I think this is a solid and worthwhile piece of equipment to have available.

   Outstanding training tool

   This ambu bag kit is an outstanding training tool for CPR instructors, nursing classrooms, basically any medical field training program. The masks fit both children and adults (not infants). One could also find good use of this in an emergency kit, as well, but do know that it is single-use, as there's not really a way to fully sanitize the bag. It's doubtful that the average person will need to replace it several times, so the value at this price point is a good one.

   It's easy to put together and easy to use, and functions as it should. It's also packaged well, inside a clear tackle-style box. I love that the box is clear so you can see what's inside without having to open it. The bag is easy to squeeze and the tubing and masks are easy to get attached. I'm thrilled to add this to my medical kit and would highly recommend it to both first responders and non-medical personnel looking to learn on it.

   High quality equipment for resus practice

   I've been trying to get a let more emergency response training under my belt, but I also get anxious about whether I'll really be able to remember what I'm learning. 😩 So I really love to have practice equipment like this so that I can go home and practice the skills like even just setting up the bag correctly, without the pressure of an instructor or anybody else watching. 😂

   I'm far from an expert, but the quality on this seems good, the bag is thick and really moves a lot of air when compressed. The parts all seem like a good quality. It a nice bonus that it comes in a storage box, though you do have to break it down again to store it in the box.

   I found the included instructions a little incomprehensible at times, but it's also an item that you're supposed to be using with actual professional instruction.

   This is a quality reusable Bag Valve Mask. It is great for teaching basic techniques. This functions very well and is reusable making it a good value. The size of this kit in the included storage case is good for storing in your first aid supplies.

    CPR Manual Resuscitation Training Kit.

    This is a manual resuscitation training kit. It is complete with a case, the resuscitation bladder, a face mask, oxygen tubing, an oxygen reservoir bag, and instructions. All of the components are good quality and well made. The plastic case is a bit thin and won't stand up to a lot of abuse.

    The bladder collapses on both ends to easily fit into the case. It is easy to pull on both ends to deploy and use the bladder. The valves function without and difficulty and the air flow is really good.

    I really like that this kit includes oxygen tubing. I've read that having oxygen available is one of the key factors in surviving a heart attack. This kit allows training to be conducted to utilize this with oxygen.

    All of the components can be cleaned because it is designed for a training environment. If an emergency forced this to be used to save a life, I would recommend disposing of it afterward and getting another.

    This is a great item to have on hand if you or someone in your family is trained to use it properly. I'm really pleased that I have it.
